"Focus" is the first single from the EP 'Motion'

"The song was written one afternoon while I was thinking about my place in this world and my spiritual connection to it. The idea of being one person, in a sea of billions, in a world so fast and so big. Realizing that even though I am only one soul, the universe is accessibly within me at all times. When I meditate, I feel it. Any time. That direct connection is one with me, so it has to be one with you. It is one with us, we are one with all, all one, all connected. Often times, it's easy to think that the things we are learning about in the world around us might not be a true sense of reality. That's the part about "Hocus Pocus." People may think that what you believe is not real, however, deep in your heart... you have that feeling, that voice urging you forward to trust and believe. So, believe it. Trust it. Dare to live it and say it loud. Follow your heart. Depend on your gut. The lyric video depicts the world, as it is. Nature. Water, air, earth, fire (sun). All the things I love about this world. This song reminds me to be myself to stay the course, remain steady and trust myself. Trust what I know deep in my heart. What feels right and own it. Stand for it. Share it. Live it."
